2. How Is My Subscription Fulfilled?

If you are buying a subscription then we will deliver on: We typically process and ship subscription orders on a monthly basis, timed to ensure continuity of your medication or product supply. Your first shipment usually arrives within 5–7 business days after your subscription is activated, and subsequent deliveries are sent approximately 30 days apart.

• Billing & Renewals: Your payment method on file will be automatically charged each month on the billing date you selected during checkout, unless you pause or cancel your subscription at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
• Shipping Costs: Standard shipping is included at no extra charge for subscription orders. Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost.
• Address Changes: If you need to update your shipping address, please do so at least 7 days before your next scheduled shipment to avoid delays.
• Cancellation: You may cancel or pause your subscription anytime by logging into your account or contacting our support team. Please note that cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.
• Packaging: All subscription deliveries are shipped in discreet packaging. Please note that some items may not arrive in child-resistant packaging and should be kept out of reach of children.
